Victoria Transmission & Auto Care is pleased to announce that it has recently created a series of videos, designed to educate and inform drivers about their vehicles. Videos appear on Victoria Transmission & Auto Care’s YouTube.com channel, breaking down into two key categories:
1. Under the Hood – A set of videos that explain what goes on in your engine, and why each engine part is important: Under the Hood Series
2. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) from customers, based on actual questions received on the Web site, or at the shop on Government Street, Victoria: FAQ Series
The Series is intended as an extension of the Company’s customer education focus that includes Ladies Night car clinic and the knowledge centre.
Added co-owner Adam Sullivan; “Research told us that people want to know what’s going on with their vehicle when they come into the shop. By taking the time to explain exactly what is going on in these videos, we build trust with customers, and they feel more confident and knowledgeable about the work that is being done on their vehicle. It’s just the right way to do business.”
