Great service! My son's transmission sat there for almost exactly 6 months while we waited for parts from Volvo. A couple days after I picked up, and then dropped off the parts, the trans was ready to go. Vic Trans was very easy to deal with, super friendly people at the front counter, and very accommodating (considering the thing took up real estate for 6 mos!). No surprise costs. Highly recommended. *Update* my son replaced the u-joints in the driveshaft and end-caps on both we not seated properly, causing vibration. Vic trans diagnosed and solved the problem quickly, and at a reasonable rate. They remain 5 out of 5 stars!
