At 55, I tend towards being cynical when dealing with auto repair shops. So when after bringing my wife's Sante Fe to Vic Trans for shocks, and running into a problem with the outcome, I expected a run-around. I phoned Peter to complain, and the words had barely left my lips, before he agreed and took care of the issue. That would have been shocking enough, but he phoned me 15 minutes later and discounted my bill a little further. A port in the storm, this shop is run with integrity. That's all you need to know.
