Victoria Transmission & Auto Care and DriveWise BC are pleased to announce a new partnership to promote increased awareness around road and vehicle safety for new drivers.

Victoria Transmission & Auto Care now provides free monthly car clinics to local DriveWise student drivers, following a similar model to our highly successful Ladies Nights..
At the car clinics, student drivers have the opportunity to learn basic car maintenance, how to check oil and fluid levels, how to check tire pressure, how to change a tire on their own vehicle, and how to stay safe around their vehicle at all times. There is also an opportunity for students to learn how to run their vehicles more efficiently, and to be more environmentally sensitive when it comes to maintenance and servicing. Learn more about our eco-friendly products and services.

Introducing: Fran Jobin
Customer Service Philosophy:
Treat customers as you want to be treated yourself.
What Customers Appreciate the Most:
Customers appreciate us walking them through the work in detail, as an open, honest approach builds trust.
What Sets Victoria Transmission & Auto Care Apart?
Our willingness to go above and beyond when customer needs arise. Examples include driving customers home or to work, picking up vehicles from third-party locations when additional work is done such as tires or windshields.
Why I enjoy working at Victoria Transmission & Auto Care?
Because the technicians and mechanics take the time to educate those of us in Customer Service roles on every aspect of work done on a vehicle. For me, it’s not about the destination in isolation…it’s about the journey, So understanding steps along the way is critical.
